I have so many fond memories of high school. When I left Fresno to attend college in Portland, Oregon I lost contact with many friends. I am looking forward to seeing and catching up with friends at the reunion. This will be the first reunion I've attended.
For the last 19 years I've been a teacher. Most were spent teaching special education. Currently I'm teaching English Language Arts to 4th and 6th graders; the ones who are having continuous struggles in learning English. It's challenging and draining but rewarding too.
My husband Lou teaches math at Roosevelt High School here in Fresno and we will celebrate our 4th anniversary on July 22nd.
